Meet your Boca Raton Anxiety Therapist
Hi, I’m Jenna, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in helping adults who struggle with anxiety. Whether you are dealing with anxiety related to a new or uncertain chapter of life, a significant loss, or related to low self-worth and shame, I have experience in addressing various kinds of anxiety and offering effective treatment for my clients.
I have spent years as a therapist developing clinical skills and expertise to help my clients feel better able to ‘ride the waves’ of life and keep their heads while facing stress and worry. I utilize an ecletic therapeutic approach rooted in IFS and blended with other mindfulness, trauma-informed modalities in sessions.
Together, we will practice slowing down enough to listen to what your anxiety may be trying to tell you it needs your help with. I will support you in learning how to settle your nerves and access inner wisdom that will help to calm and heal your anxiety.
