Hi, I’m Jenna, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in helping adults heal from the lingering impacts of trauma. I’ve spent my career working with clients experiencing various types of trauma, and in various settings such as residential treatment and community mental health.
Together in therapy, we will explore the ways that you are being burdened by trauma, and help you to discover what it means to “let go” and heal. You will develop tools that support you in managing triggering situations and responding to your emotional needs.
I value vulnerability, playfulness and authenticity in the work I do with my clients, and draw from styles such as Internal Family Systems, DBT, and Mindful Self-Compassion. Collaboratively, we will help you to better understand the ways you’ve adapted in life to meet your needs, and help you access strengths and resources that will help you feel more connected to your most genuine, confident self.
